• Requests must be approved before sending items back
• Items returned without approval or sent to the wrong address cannot be processed

 REFUNDS

Refunds are available on eligible items only and must meet all return requirements.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for an exchange, store credit, or refund, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unaltered
• Returned with all original tags attached
• In original packaging
• Free of stains, deodorant, makeup, lotion, hair, or odor
• Tried on over underwear only

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

 FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Altered or customized garments
• Sale or clearance items
• Panties
• Post-operative accessories (foams, boards, binders, facial garments)
• Creams, teas, or opened personal care products
• Gift or promotional items

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

Once reviewed, we’ll happily offer:
