Fajas will need to be inspected in order to qualify for store credit ( tags attached on the faja , not worn , no stains original package, package needs to be intact )

Creams & Teas ( we do not issue refunds or returns if any discomfort or rash due to cream used . all opened items are final sale no exceptions )
Any Post op accessories . Ab boards , Lipo foams , 360 Wrap around etc.

Shipping is not included in returns, You are responsible for your own shipping .
Returns are subject to quality approval by our returns department. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

How do I return for Store Credit ?
Please return your item to the address below (Make sure you get a tracking number for your return we are not responsible for lost packages.)
In the package, include your order number and full name
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code .

How soon will I get my store credit ?
Store credit in the form of a Pretty Girl Curves E-Gift Card will be issued for your return item(s) once your package is received and processed at our Center. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for our Returns Department to process your return once delivered. Your E-Gift Card covers the purchase price of each item. Any credit issued by the vendor should not include tax .Pretty Girl Curves does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Pretty Girl Curves E-Gift Card via Email ( Check your email junk and spam folder )
WE OFFER ONLY STORE CREDIT VIA E-GIFT CARD. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER OR RETURN YOUR ORDER FOR A REFUND A 10% FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL .
Returned to Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if 1) an address is invalid or missing information 2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package 3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery. Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
Note:We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
