A: No, We only provide 1 time exchange.

A:  All of our items have a size chart online and we recommend you take your time to review.

 9)  Q: How do your sizes run?

A:  Our products are 100% manufactured and made in Colombia and run small We recommend you order according to your fitted shirt size for tightest cinch , or use our size chart and choose the closest size to your measurements.

 10)  Q: What are your prices?

A:  All product prices are online. All prices listed are subject to change

 11)  Q:  I selected the wrong size, color and/or style etc. can it be changed before shipping?

A:  No, Due to us having a high demand we are not able to make changes before orders are shipped. (PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SIZE YOU HAVE CHOSEN IS THE CORRECT SIZE FOR YOU, COLOR & STYLE ONCE YOU SELECT CHECKOUT THE ENTIRE SELECTED ITEM IS WHAT WILL BE SHIPPED).

 12)  Q: I placed my order and made a mistake on the shipping address can you change it before it shipped?

A:  No, We do not have access to the billing system and You will need to call Pay Pal 1-888-221-1161 we will not change shipping addresses your order will ship to the address submitted.

13)  Q: I received the incorrect item or size from Pretty Girl Curves?

A: Contact customer service at 1-855-379-2726 or email us at pgcurvesmiami@gmail.com you have 3 business days to contact us.

 14)  Q: The item I ordered is irritating my skin, what should I do ?

A:  You are allergic to latex, Discontinue to use the item as indicated on the item insert packing, we will not issue a refund or replace an item due to allergic reactions you have encountered.

 16) Q: Do we offer Express Shipping? 

 A: Yes we offer Express Shipping for an extra cost. If you have chosen  Express Shipping and placed your order before 12 PM EST, it will be shipped the same business day. If the order was placed after 12 PM EST or on a weekend/holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

NOTE:  IF YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTED ITEM YOU HAVE 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE RECEIVED (NOT 30-60 DAYS)  TO CONTACT US VIA EMAIL INFO@PRETTYGIRLCURVES.COM OR PHONE ( 1-855-379-2726)
