I wear this under my military uniform everyday. It snatches the waste perfectly. The material is comfortable. I do use small baby towels wear it meets under my boobs to keep it comfy all day long as I live in warm weather climate. It does not bunch or role at all. I want the red color next once my size is back in stock! Absolutely love and highly recommend! Pretty girl curve products are seriously the best!

I am a size 30 and I purchased a large, the same as my panty size. I received the large and can’t get it up past my thigh. It’s like the large tag was mistakenly placed on an extra, extra small.

I love this waist trainer, it feels good hugging the body and makes me feel snatched! Usually I have bought in the past Small from Amazon waist trainers but decided to get a XS in this waist trainer from prettygirlcurves and it is snug!! So I would recommend if you plan to issue daily during other activities size up; but if your plan is to slim and tighten fast then order true to size. I thought a XS wouldn’t be so tight on me but it took me 6 minutes to get it hooked on the first row haha! Worth it though I love it! Definitely a good investment.

I measured myself 43 hip waist 39 i purchased a L and it was tight around the legs also it couldn't fit around my waist extremely small. i returned and i will be getting a larger size. btw i love the material does not seem cheap.
