• Pretty Girl Curves waist cinchers run small they are made with 2 layers of latex or powernet , we strongly recommend you order according to your fitted shirt size for tightest cinch.
• If you have excess belly fat we recommend you order according to our size chart , if you you fall in between order one size up.
• Do not order based on the size you would like to be.
• Hand wash with mild soap examples: dawn or dial and air dry your garment at least 2 times a week the sweat may deteriorate the latex .
• We recommend you purchase 2 if you will be using it for exercising and daily use to alternate.
• Ladies we strongly recommend if you have back fat, back rolls it is best to go with a fuller coverage latex vest. A cincher will not cover those areas and cause rolling down of the cincher .
• We offer our black latex vest with adjustable strap which is perfect for women who have thick arms and gives you full back coverage and stomach coverage , with this vest you will have a more comfortable fit and be able to adjust the straps at your desired comfort.
• We have our regular latex long vest which gives you full back coverage and stomach coverage but it has thick straps and do not adjust.
• Last we have our gym vest which is a full back coverage vest covering your whole back and stomach area made with 1 layer latex covered in thin cotton lining in the inside and out side making comfortable for exercising , this vest can also be worn daily.

What if I can't fasten my Pretty Girl Curves waist cincher or if its too tight?
When you first receive your Pretty Girl Curves cincher you may need someone to help fastening the hooks. We recommend having someone pull on the sides to make it easier to hook or laying face up on the bed or floor and start hooking from top to bottom. If you are able to fasten the hooks then it's your size. The cincher is designed to be extremely tight, the compression tightens your core, helping you lose inches from your abdomen and waistline. We recommend you wear your cincher for only 2-4 hours a day for the first week, then gradually increase the hours of wear eventually wearing it 8-10 hours a day. The cincher should not be comfortable in the beginning, if its not tight then it will not work. If you're unable to fasten the hooks, then you should exchange the size.
