If you're new to real high-compression garments, this faja may feel tight at first — that’s normal! Colombian Powernet is intentionally firm for true shaping, not stretchy like cheaper options.

What to Expect:
• Fits tightly the first days
• Break-in period of 2–5 days
• Back and waist compression will feel strong
• A tight fit means the faja is doing its job

Follow our size chart carefully:

• Size based on HIP & BUTT measurements, not waist

• If your hips land in the chart, choose that size

• If your waist is smaller than your hips → alterations may be needed

• If you have fuller hips or a larger butt, this faja is not ideal due to limited stretch

 Shipping Policies

 Shipping is paid by the buyer in the amount agreed at the time of purchase. If your item is lost during shipping The purchaser must contact shipping company and file a claim, Once claim is concluded we will take action .

 International shipping cost may increase and customs fees may apply upon arrival to you country (WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES OR EXTRA SHIPPING FEES CHARGED)

 If your item is damaged during shipping we will not be held responsible.

 Refund / Exchange Policy

Items are not entitled to be refunded. If a refund is requested a 10% restocking fee will be applied. If an item is defective, the item may be eligible for a replacement it must be approved by our management . we offer one time exchange per customer if requirements are met ( See full exchange policy on site). If you wish to exchange for a plus size additional fees may apply .

 Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order , Order was returned Undeliverable as addressed, refused ,Order was not claimed while on hold by carrier at there location, refused to pay for duties & taxes on (international orders), or Or you have already processed your one time exchange and are not satisfied a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

If your order has been identified by our shipping system as a Fraudulent Order

1)  Q: I placed an order and didn't receive my tracking number?

A: No worries send us an email with order number to support@prettygirlcurves.com However once order is processed your tracking number will be emailed to the email provided when the order was placed.

 2) Q: How do I know if my package has shipped and its on his way ?

A: When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will start its process, All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.
