 All payments are due upon receipt. We accept all major credit cards .If  payment is not received or declined items will not be shipped.

 Shipping Policies

 Shipping is paid by the buyer in the amount agreed at the time of purchase. If your item is lost during shipping The purchaser must contact shipping company and file a claim, Once claim is concluded we will take action .

 International shipping cost may increase and customs fees may apply upon arrival to you country (WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES OR EXTRA SHIPPING FEES CHARGED)

 If your item is damaged during shipping we will not be held responsible.

 Refund / Exchange Policy

Items are not entitled to be refunded. If a refund is requested a 10% restocking fee will be applied. If an item is defective, the item may be eligible for a replacement it must be approved by our management . we offer one time exchange per customer if requirements are met ( See full exchange policy on site). If you wish to exchange for a plus size additional fees may apply .

 Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order , Order was returned Undeliverable as addressed, refused ,Order was not claimed while on hold by carrier at there location, refused to pay for duties & taxes on (international orders), or Or you have already processed your one time exchange and are not satisfied a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

If your order has been identified by our shipping system as a Fraudulent Order

Our customer service agents will contact you to verify some information before we can proceed to ship your order. We value the security of our customer's transactions and take measures to prevent fraudulent activities.

1)  Q: I placed an order and didn't receive my tracking number?

A: No worries send us an email with order number to support@prettygirlcurves.com However once order is processed your tracking number will be emailed to the email provided when the order was placed.

2)  Q: It has been more than 6 days and I have not received my package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders please allow 5-10 business days for your package to arrive we ship USPS or UPS international, tracking number is provided via email address provided. NOTE- Check your junk and spam folder.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for longer delivery times due to the customs department in your local country nor are we responsible for any import duties and taxes they may be charged in addition to the shipping charges you have already paid to pretty girl curves.

A: Yes,  PO Box addresses & APO’S are shipped via USPS

 2) Q: How do I know if my package has shipped and its on his way ?

A: When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will start its process, All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our Center. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.

 3)  Q: I placed my order and want to know when will I receive it?

A: Please note that orders within the US may take 2-3 business days for delivery  from the date that it is shipped out this is just an estimate not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.
