Shipping Policy

Welcome to Pretty Girl Curves. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery policies.


 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


 U.S. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, delivery typically takes:

2–3 business days depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

Delivery time begins once the carrier scans the package into their system — not when the label is created.


 Tracking Information

You will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email after purchase.

  2. A tracking email once your shipping label is created.

Please Note:

A tracking number being issued does not always mean the package has been picked up yet. Carrier pickup typically occurs within 24–48 business hours after label creation.

Tracking updates can be monitored directly on the carrier’s website.

If you do not see your tracking email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.


 Carriers

We ship using UPS, DHL, and USPS.

We select the carrier based on your location and service availability.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS.


 Missing or Incomplete Orders

If your package arrives and an item appears to be missing:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
• Email Pgcurvesmiami@gmail.com
• Include your order number
• Include a clear photo of:

  • The shipping package (including label)

  • All contents received

All orders are packed and verified prior to shipment. Once we receive your information, we will review and resolve verified errors promptly.


 Delayed Delivery

If more than 6 business days have passed since your order was marked as shipped and you have not received your package, please email:

Include your order number so we can assist you.

Please note: We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been scanned into the carrier’s system.


 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers.

Pretty Girl Curves is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


 Order Verification

To protect our customers from fraud, some orders may be flagged for verification before shipment. If this occurs, our team will contact you to confirm necessary information.


 International Shipping

International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.

Carriers: USPS or UPS International

Tracking will be sent via email once your label is created.

Please note:

• Duties and taxes are not included in your shipping cost.
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees.
• Pretty Girl Curves is not responsible for customs delays.
