Can I Make a Second Exchange If My First Exchange Didn’t Fit?

Yes, changes can be made if the order hasn’t been processed or a tracking number hasn’t been issued. Please double-check your order before checkout to ensure accuracy.
I Received the Wrong Size or Item. What Should I Do?

My Shapewear is Irritating My Skin. What Should I Do?
If you experience skin irritation, you may be allergic to latex. Discontinue use immediately. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for items due to allergic reactions.
Do You Offer Express Shipping?
Yes, we provide express shipping for an additional fee. Orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will ship the next business day.
What If I Receive a Defective Item?
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at pgcurvesmiami@gmail.com or 1-855-379-2726. We will replace it with the same item, size, and color.
