HOW RETURNS WORK

• All returns, exchanges, or refund requests must be submitted through our official Returns Portal
• Returns must be approved before being shipped back
• Items sent without approval or to the wrong address will not be processed

FIT DISCLAIMER & VIRTUAL FIT SUPPORT

Our Colombian shapewear is designed to fit snug and supportive by design. A firm, tight fit does not indicate a defect — it means the garment is functioning properly.

Because compression garments can be challenging to put on correctly, improper wear may cause the garment to feel tighter than intended.

Before approving a return due to fit concerns, we may offer or recommend:

• A virtual FaceTime or video consultation
• Step-by-step guidance on how to properly put on the garment
• Fit adjustment tips

Many sizing concerns are resolved once the garment is worn correctly.

We strongly recommend:

• Reviewing the size chart carefully
• Contacting us for sizing assistance before ordering
• Scheduling a fit consultation if unsure

Returns will not be approved solely due to compression feeling “too tight” if the garment matches the size ordered.


FREE SIZE EXCHANGES (MOST POPULAR OPTION)

If your garment is eligible and simply requires a different size:

  1. Submit your exchange request through our Returns Portal

  2. Once approved, ship the item back

  3. After inspection, we will ship your replacement size

STORE CREDIT (NEVER EXPIRES)

Eligible returns may be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

• Never expires
• Can be used anytime on our website
• Typically processed faster than refunds


REFUNDS

Refunds are available on eligible items only and must meet all return requirements.

• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Sale, clearance, promotional, and final sale items are not eligible for refunds
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned item.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for exchange, store credit, or refund, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unaltered
• Returned with all original tags attached
• In original packaging
• Free of deodorant, makeup, lotion, stains, hair, perfume, or odors
• Tried on over underwear only

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the sender.


FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale:

• Altered or customized garments
• Sale or clearance items
• Panties
• Post-operative accessories (foams, boards, binders, facial garments)
• Creams, teas, or opened personal care products
• Gift or promotional items


DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order:

• Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Provide clear photos of:

  • The item received

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

All claims are reviewed against our packing verification records.

Once verified, we may offer:

• Replacement
• Store credit
• Or refund


SIGNATURE & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Certain orders may require signature confirmation depending on order value or destination.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier (with or without signature confirmation), this serves as proof of delivery.

Pretty Girl Curves is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Packages delivered to the address entered at checkout
• Carrier delivery errors

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.


CHARGEBACK POLICY

We are committed to resolving concerns directly and encourage customers to contact us before filing a dispute with their bank or credit card provider.

All orders are documented with:

• Packing verification records
• Carrier tracking
• Delivery confirmation

If a chargeback is filed for an order that shows confirmed delivery, we reserve the right to submit all documentation to the financial institution for review.

Filing a false chargeback may result in restriction of future purchases.
