Refund / Exchange Policy
Items are not entitled to be refunded. If a refund is requested a 10% restocking fee will be applied. If an item is defective, the item may be eligible for a replacement it must be approved by our management . we offer one time exchange per customer if requirements are met ( See full exchange policy on site). If you wish to exchange for a plus size additional fees may apply .
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order , Order was returned Undeliverable as addressed, refused ,Order was not claimed while on hold by carrier at there location, refused to pay for duties & taxes on (international orders), or Or you have already processed your one time exchange and are not satisfied a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

1) Q: I placed an order and didn't receive my tracking number?
