At Pretty Girl Curves, we want every woman to feel confident, snatched, and completely happy with her purchase! If your item isn’t the perfect fit, don’t worry — we’ve made it easy to exchange or return your order.

Free Size Exchanges (Most Popular Option)

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order — no extra cost!
Simply submit your request through our START RETURN portal and select “Exchange.”
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation with next steps.
As soon as we receive your original item, we’ll ship out your new size right away.

This is the fastest and easiest way to get the perfect fit while keeping your look snatched.

Store Credit or Refund Options

If you prefer, you can also return your item for store credit (issued as an E-Gift Card you can use anytime on our site) or request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions for mailing back your item.
Credits and refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Return Requirements

Must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
Free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, hair, or odors.
Returned in original packaging (please do not bend or damage the box).
Return period: within 30 days of receiving your order.

All items will be inspected once received to qualify for a size exchange, store credit, or refund.

Altered fajas or customized garments
Sale items (final sale)
Post-op accessories, creams, teas, and opened products (for hygiene reasons)
No refunds for creams that cause irritation or discomfort

How to Start Your Return or Exchange

Visit our START RETURN portal to begin your request.
Choose Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund.
Your request will be reviewed and approved before mailing. You’ll receive an approval email once your return is accepted.

Returned or Refused Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, you’ll receive store credit minus the original shipping cost. Please double-check your address before checkout to avoid delays.
