Bad experience

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I have been trying to contact customer support for the past two weeks regarding my order, but I haven't received any response. I also called the warehouse and sent an email, but still no help. My order arrived incomplete, with one item missing. I would like either the missing item to be shipped to me or a full refund. Customer service has been unresponsive, which has only added to my frustration. I hope this issue gets resolved promptly
